RepairsOnWheel is committed to making our website accessible to as many users as possible, such as those with disabilities. We aim to align our site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.
1 at Level AA, the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility, and we are all the time working to improve. We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. And some areas of the site may not fully meet every WCAG criterion at this time.
Our Accessibility Commitments
- Keyboard navigation:All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard navigation.
- Color contrast:We keep enough contrast ratios between text and background colors to meet WCAG AA standards.
- Text others:All non-text content (SVG illustrations) has descriptive text others.
- Clear structure:Pages use proper heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3) to give logical document structure for screen readers.
- Link text:All links use descriptive text that makes sense out of context.
- Resizable text:Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- No time-limited content:We do not present time-limited content that needs users to act quickly.
- Reduced motion:Our animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query where supported.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some interactive JavaScript-powered elements may have limitations with certain older assistive technologies. We are all the time working to improve accessibility across all site features.

Technical Approach
Our website is built with semantic HTML5, making sure that structural elements communicate their purpose to assistive technologies. We use ARIA attributes where right to enhance accessibility of dynamic content.
Our site does not need JavaScript for reading our core educational content.
